Jogging: Day Two...


Second time jogging today. Did a bit better than my first attempt last week.
I'm sticking with jog-a-street-walk-a-street for now, since I've only just started.
Today, I jogged two streets and walked one, each time (it takes about one street walking to ease my asthma-throbbing lungs!😅). But I think I'll go back to one each next time, as it was a bit of a stretch. Then at home I did a few sit ups, push ups, etc. Not many yet, just a few (like, five of each) and stretches to finish.
I'm quite unfit now I'm on the other side of a tough time, but things are looking up. As long as I don't stop trying...

Off to work on the books now. I'm all mind and body strong today. Haha.
