Phobias - Collection Two

Collection Two.

Three horror stories set to get your heart thumping in fear.

From eight year old triplets with disturbing behaviour to a blue tree promising youth or death, these three short stories continue Vincent Powley's Phobia collection.

Three Daughters of Sol

When Anna Wains comes to Happiness Children's Home in Redmoor, she was expecting three young triplets to be in her charge, let alone ones with adverse effects to the sunlight. But soon curiosity turns deadly, when blisters on the triplets skin are not the only trouble these three girls have in store.

Other Side

Warren has woken up in the land of the Haze, the mirror to our own world. Walking through the streets he discovers that his 'Other' is more than a simple man: he is a violent sadistic killer with a thirst for blood. Warren is trapped on his side, unsure of how to save his Other's victims, until an odd little pill is taken and his whole world turns to hell.

Everything's Blue in Fallowhills

In the first of Danny Bosh's saga, Danny - a journalist for the Maddison Gazette - heads to Fallowhills to investigate a story he heard from a homeless man in the city of Cricke. A story of a blue fruit that grew on just one tree that was said to grant the consumer everlasting life. Intrigued, Danny finds the tree and learns that perhaps all is not what it seems; the tree is also blue with a strange charred trunk, the residents in Fallowhills have a distinct youthfulness about them, and children are going missing. What is the connection to the dead cows by the stream? And will Danny escape with his story, or will it be his doom?
